Have an opinion or something to say? Disagree with a post on our blog? Have, or know, some independent film news? Need to promote your latest project? Do you have an independent film announcement? You are welcome to submit a post to the Tampa Bay Film Blog! This blog is available free of charge for anyone interested in independent film! Terms and conditions apply.

Tampa Bay Film Blog Posting information

The Tampa Bay Film Blog is available and free to use for anyone interested in independent film. This blog is not exclusive to Tampa Bay Film Editor and Director C. A. Passinault or any of the staff of Tampa Bay Film, and it is for everyone interested in independent film and who is involved with the Tampa Bay independent film scene (We are looking into building and launching a dedicated domain blog site which would exclusively be ours, however).
If you disagree with any opinions published on Tampa Bay Film, on the Tampa Bay Film Blog, or on any of our Tampa Bay Film sites, which includes, but is not limited to, Tampa Film Revolution, and have something to say, say it. Send us an email. Post your own blog post on the blog, and make points which support your position.
All emails become the property of Tampa Bay Film, and may be published or used as we see fit. Legitimate blog posts and opinions, even if we do not agree with what it stated, will be published. That said, expect the possibility of a vigorous debate which you may lose.
Personal attacks, obscene material, profanity, threats, unethical activity, unprofessional content, posts with no redeeming merit, lies, false allegations, disrespectful statements, and similar posts will not be published, and will be addressed appropriately. Tampa Bay Film reserves the right to define what appropriate content is, and to handle all content sent to us as we see fit. Want to be able to post on our blog? Be professional, and make points which support your opinion.
All posters to the Tampa Bay Film Blog are required to also do the following:

1. Give us information
Indicate in the email that you wish to post to the blog, and, if you disagree with something on Tampa Bay Film or a post on the blog, what it is so that we can reference it in your post. Also, a title to your post would be nice. If you don’t provide us with one, we will come up with a title on our own.

2. Send us a bio and contact information
We need to know who you are, and so do our readers. EVERYONE posting to the Tampa Bay Film Blog, as well as any content to any other part of the Tampa Bay Film site, are REQUIRED to have a public profile under out authors section. Send us your name and information about us, including your independent film experience; adding your experience is important if you want anyone to take you seriously, as we all must consider the source when it comes to any opinion or statement. You may even include your resume and contact information, and we will even permit a link to your web site, Linked In, or social media profile FREE OF CHARGE.
Exceptions to the free links, of course, apply if you are trying to sell photography, event planning, or other services or products which conflict with what our advertisers, sponsors, and affiliates are selling. We will not permit anyone to use this blog for spam or advertisement.
For an idea on how to write your author profile, feel free to check out the profile for Tampa Bay Film Editor and Director C. A. Passinault.

One more thing. YOU are solely responsible for the content which you post. If in doubt, makes sure that you are letting people know that you are stating an opinion. If publishing facts, however, make sure that they are true and that you can back them up with proof. For any legal information or advice concerning posting to the Internet, please consult an attorney.
Tampa Bay Film, our writers, C. A. Passinault, our sponsors, affiliates, and sister sites are not responsible for any published third-party content.

PLEASE IDENTIFY YOURSELF. WE WILL NOT POST ANY CONTENT FROM ANONYMOUSE SOURCES! THE TAMPA BAY FILM BLOG IS NOT A MESSAGE BOARD!

Terms and conditions apply, and the editor of the Tampa Bay Film Blog reserves the right to refuse publication without given cause or reason. Anonymous blog posts and posts with libelous content or attacks of a personal nature will not be posted. Credibility attacks will also not be tolerated; by all means, feel free to debate, but keep the debate on-topic if you are posting a post addressing another post. Posts advertising photography services, design services, event planning services, advertising services, and talent support services will be ignored, because advertising such services is a conflict with the services that we offer on our sites. The Tampa Bay Film Blog on Tampa Bay Film, and our affiliated sites, unless otherwise specified, are free of charge. Sites offered free of charge are free, with no obligation to buy any service or product.

The branding “Tampa Bay Film”, “Tampa Bay independent film”, “Florida Independent Film”, “Tampa Film Revolution”, and the slogan “The voice of Tampa Bay independent film” are trademarked, even when not indicated in formats where the “TM” is omitted for the purposes of art direction and design aesthetics. The “Coffeehouse Film Festival”, “Reverence Film Festival”, “Sunburn Film Festival”, “Tampa Bay Film Showcase”, the “Tampa Bay Film Conference”, “Tampa Bay Film Community”, and other Tampa Bay Film branding and slogans are also trademarked, as are the terms “underground film festival” and “online film festival” pertaining to the Tampa Bay market. They may not be used without our express written permission, and all rights are reserved.
Records of our claims, creation dates, and ownership history are on file, and are documented; they cannot be disputed or ignored. Work on Tampa Bay Film and on our intellectual properties officially began in 2006, although the origins of our properties go back even further, and Tampa Bay Film officially launched on January 11, 2007, although this operating domain name is the third location of our web site, established in 2013, and it is not the original.
This web site has been designed from scratch to be conflict-hardened and effective in prosecuting conflicts, engineered from the lessons gleaned during the conflicts of our early years, which we won. It is designed to be resistant to being attacked and to fight and eliminate scams and unethical conduct in the independent film industry. As a Revolution Class site, it is the first 3rd Generation talent resource site and a late 3rd Generation web site; both descriptions representing different definitions.
Information presented on this web site are opinions unless specifically defined in writing, and it is not to be taken or used as advice. Use of this web site is at your own risk. You assume all risks and potential liability when attempting anything described on this site. We do not explain laws nor do we dispense legal advice; please research and be familiar with all state and local laws before attempting anything described on this site.
